Web design inVaughan.

Vaughan runs on construction. Woodbridge and Concord hold a dense concentration of builders, developers, custom home contractors, stone and tile suppliers, and the trades that feed them, much of it built over decades of family businesses and relationships. These are companies with real portfolios and real craftsmanship, and a striking number of them present that work through a website that does it no justice at all.

The local picture

What competing in Vaughanactually takes.

01

For builders and renovators, the portfolio is the sales pitch. Large, fast-loading, well-photographed project galleries do more conversion work here than any amount of copy.

02

High project values change the math. If a single custom home or renovation contract is worth six figures, a website that produces two extra qualified leads a year has paid for itself many times over.

03

Vaughan buyers are comparing three or four contractors. Detailed project pages with scope, materials, and timeline are what separate the shortlist from the pile.

FAQ

Vaughan questions,answered straight.

Do you build portfolio sites for contractors?

Yes, and it is work we know well. ION Renovation is a live GTA renovation site we built to capture local leads, structured around project galleries and fast mobile loading.

My photos are on my phone. Is that good enough?

Often, yes. Modern phone cameras are fine for project galleries if the work is shot in decent light. We handle compression and sizing so large images do not slow the site down. If the work deserves better, we will say so.

How do you handle project galleries without killing load speed?

Next.js image optimization, modern formats, and lazy loading below the fold. A gallery of forty project photos should not cost you more than a fraction of a second on first paint.
