We want everyone to be able to use arcfoundry.ca, regardless of ability or the technology they rely on. Accessibility is part of how we build, for our own site and for our clients.

Our commitment
Arc Foundry aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We treat these guidelines as a baseline and design with real people in mind, not just compliance checklists.
What we’ve done
- Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate the site logically.
- Keyboard accessibility, interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse.
- Colour combinations chosen and tested for sufficient contrast against our background tones.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting, animations are minimized when your system requests it.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and a wide range of screen sizes.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is never “finished.” We review the site as we add features and welcome feedback that helps us improve. Some third-party content (such as generated PDF estimates) may not yet fully meet every guideline; if you need an estimate or any information in an alternative format, we’ll gladly provide it.
